Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage and typically takes two to three working days. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, you can choose our Express Shipping option. This is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 where they aim to deliver the next working day. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected during checkout, the weight, size and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping on eligible orders. The eligibility criteria and terms for free shipping will be clearly stated on our website and during the checkout process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Scotland, England and Wales only and due to changes in legislation are no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For international shipping enquiries, please contact our customer support team.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. Orders are typically shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Whilst we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please understand that delivery times may be affected by a number of factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen events. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
